The Tulsa Committee on Foreign Relations sponsors monthly programs for its members and their guests during the period from September through June. Usually held at The Summit, atop the Bank of America Building in downtown Tulsa, these are normally weekday dinner meetings, typically lasting from 6-9 p.m. (On occasion, TCFR will hold a noontime program, featuring a buffet lunch.)
